Room Description

Motel Policies

• One full night deposit is required for each room being reserved.
• Balance due at check-in.
• All rates are subjects to 11.5% state & local Tax
• All major credit card, Traveler’s checks, money orders are accepted.
• Personal checks are accepted for deposit only and must be received two weeks prior to arrival date.
• 2 night- minimum stay may be required on some weekends in June, July & August and holiday weekends.

• All rooms are non smoking
• For smoking in the non smoking room a fine of $366.00 will be imposed + charges for damages to the room.
• Motel Fee is $2.00 per day

Cancellation Policy:

72 hours notice is required prior to the date of arrival to receive a refund less $10.00 processing fee, Cancellation in less than 72hrs will result in loosing your deposit.

For 3 Bedroom house policy is different :
2 weeks notice is required prior to the date of arrival less 25.00 processing fee.
Cancellation if less than 2 weeks will result in loosing you deposit.
